Sooho SON is the founder and managing partner of SON & PARTNERS. He has extensive experience advising both domestic and multinational companies. He has authored publications on legal issues, including commercial, criminal, and sports law. The Seoul Bar Association and various law reviews have featured these publications.
In 2022, Sooho SON received his Doctor of Laws Degree with a specialization in commercial law from Korea University. The research was based on experience in the shipping and shipbuilding industry. The author, SON, holds a Bachelor of Laws (2006) and a Juris Doctorate (2012) from Korea University.
Currently, Son serves as a Regulation Examiner for the Korean Sports & Olympic Committee (KSOC) and chief researcher at JISAN Corporate Law Institute. He also provides legal advice as a legal counsel for Incheon United FC in K League, SK Telecom(leading mobile carrier in Korea), and many other companies. Sooho Son has expereice as a researcher at the Korea University Maritime Law Center and as a representative for the Korean Bar Association.
He believes that providing customized legal services for clients is crucial for achieving positive outcomes and emphasizes the importance of preparedness and tailored client service for all members of his firm.
